Return and Refund Policy

At Vived-Mota Co., we take pride in delivering thoughtfully crafted apparel and a seamless customer experience. Our return policy provides clarity while maintaining the integrity of our limited-run production process.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@vivedmota.com or access your account to request one at https://account.vivedmota.com. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Pre-order items
  • Final sale items
  • On-sale items
  • Gift cards

Size Exchanges

If the fit isn’t right, you may request a size exchange within 30 days, pending availability.

Items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with tags attached—to qualify for an exchange.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@vivedmota.com.

Include a brief description and supporting photos.

If confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval or denial.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Banks and card processors may require additional time to post the refund.
  • If 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us.
